At Ojas Earth, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our Ayurvedic products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for purchases made more than 30 days ago.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as when received.
Be in its original packaging.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of its approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a 3 – 5 business working days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company; processing time may vary.
Contact your bank, as some processing delays may occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The replacement/exchange products will be delivered within 3 – 5 Business working days. We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@ojasearth.in and send the item to:

Shipping Returns

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total.

Shipping Insurance:
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
