Return and Refund Policy for Ojas Earth

At Ojas Earth, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our Ayurvedic products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for purchases made more than 30 days ago.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • Be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
  • Intimate or sanitary products.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Select health and personal care items.

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of its approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; processing time may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as some processing delays may occur.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@ojasearth.in and send the item to:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon return approval.
  • If the gift giver shipped the item to themselves to give later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total.

Shipping Insurance:
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
